Neka Wellbeing was founded by Dr. Ramunas Nekrasius, who will also carry out all of our dental surgical procedures, dental implants and facial aesthetic treatments at both our Sandgate and Soho clinic.

Dr. Nekrasius first studied medicine in Lithuania, qualifying as a medical doctor in 2006 and as a maxillofacial surgeon in 2012. He then moved to the UK to practice head and neck cancer surgery through fellowships at University College London Hospital and Royal Marsden Hospital, before studying dentistry at Kings College London where he graduated in 2017. Since then, Dr. Nekrasius has also gained many years experience as a Oral and maxillofacial surgery consultant, specialising in facial trauma and dentoalveolar surgery at Queen’s Hospital.

With over 10 years experience as a qualified maxillofacial surgeon and dentist, Dr. Nekrasius takes pride in the treatments he has carried out over the years to address concerns including those of professional athletes and celebrities. 

Dr. Nekrasius’s experience in facial aesthetics and dentistry comes from running his own hospital back in his home country of Lithuania, which was the first private facial and dental hospital to offer general anaesthesia for private dental treatments. In addition to this, he also has many years experience as a OMFS consultant specialising in facial trauma and oral surgery at Queen’s Hospital.

Due to being both medically and dentally qualified, Dr. Nekrasius is also able to perform treatments for more medically complex patients, that would usually otherwise require a specialist referral. He is also able to treat patients who may feel more anxious too, through offering the option of IV sedation.
